Leo’s Midway on Franklin
This restaurant has been around since 1942, people! Just a couple of years after our sweet little house was built, oh jeez. Luckily, both have been renovated since. The reason we are writing about Leo’s is because it is under new ownership and deserves a set of fresh eyes. The menu is relevant and broad, as a local haunt should be. I was quite happy with my heavy pour of Sav Blanc & the chicken brie sandwich was comforting and cheesy. Chris’s steak sandwich was also tender with crispy fried onions on top - delish! Its the perfect corner spot to people watch on a beautiful night.
